Chris Atkinson, our Notary has retired as a Solicitor after forty years to be a full-time Notary. He therefore can usually deal with Notarial duties immediately –same day- if required.

If it is more convenient to see you at your home or office due to your busy schedule then this is no problem for us, we can travel to see you if required.

If it is not possible for a client to attend our office, due to medical reasons then we can come to visit you at home or in hospital at a discounted travel rate.

If an appointment is to take place at our office in Leeds then we have two hours free parking for you.

We are in the office five days a week and can start seeing clients from as early as 8.30 a. m.

We can, if necessary and urgent, often open our offices especially for you at the weekends.

We are punctual, professional and best of all very friendly and accommodating. We have built up a strong reputation as the “Go To” Notary in Leeds and Yorkshire and are very proud that our clients keep coming back.

Our fees are competitive and we pride ourselves in keeping up to date with any changes of legalisation requirements for most countries of the world.

If legalisation is required we keep you up to date every step of the way. If you do not fully understand the process we explain in detail with no legal jargon.

Once an appointment has concluded then as a matter of course we email full scans directly to you [and to any third party if requested].

With many years of notarial service under our belt, dealing with foreign jurisdictions, notarial and legalisation requirements there is not very much we haven’t come across.

We are familiar with a vast range of documents and requirements a foreign jurisdiction may require.

If the document you need is in a foreign language then this is no problem we still can assist – we simply ask that the document be emailed to us beforehand in Microsoft Word “Format”.

If no notarisation is required but you simply require legalisation or translation services then again we can assist.

If you require assistance and you are not in England then get in touch - we still may be able to help, in relation to some matters we can deal with jobs remotely either by email or using Skype.
