For the legalisation of a private Power of Attorney relating to inheritance or property transaction, after Notarisation and Foreign Office Apostille, the Consulate requires the Executant’s personal appearance at the consular section with their original passport.
They no longer accept the legalisation of this type of document via an Agent.
